Clear, limited use of your inquiry details.

When you submit an RFQ, ROMENTHEO uses the information you provide to answer your request, prepare a quotation, and follow up about that request.

What we store

We store the contact and product details you submit in the inquiry form. Optional analytics records only aggregate page and conversion events after you choose “Accept analytics”. We do not store IP addresses, device fingerprints, or hidden personal browsing history.

Automated inquiry classification

To help the factory review requests, the product, region, buyer type, reply language, and message may be processed by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian) for automated classification. Your name, company, or email address is not sent to that service for this classification.

Transactional email

Your contact details are sent to the configured transactional email provider only to acknowledge your inquiry and notify the factory. They are not used for unrelated bulk marketing.
